No reimbursement of ticket purchase will be granted for patrons' no shows or late arrivals.

  • What if I am running late for a performance?

If you are running late or something comes up on the day of your show, please let us know by calling 843-662-3731 ext. 1 at any time. • What are box office hours?

The Daytime Box Office, located in the back of the theatre closest to the library, is open Monday-Friday Noon-5 PM. • Is your theatre handicapped accessible?

Yes. We have a designated area for those with special seating needs such as wheelchairs, walkers, and people who cannot manage any stairs. This space is very limited and often sells out. This area is called the Lower Gallery.

  • Do you have an elevator?

No. To access the Upper Gallery or Upper Section, patrons must use stairs.

  • What time does the theatre open before a show?

The theatre lobby opens one hour prior to the performance and the house opens for seating 30 minutes prior to the performance.

  • What is the dress code for the theatre?

You’ll see everything from t-shirts and jeans to suits and dresses – and everything in between! The theatre can be chilly, so you may want to bring a sweater or jacket. Please be careful using perfumes, oils, colognes, etc. when attending the theatre as other patrons may be sensitive to certain fragrances.

  • Do you allow photos and videos to be taken?

Due to a variety of reasons – including show contracts, copyright laws, and performer safety – no photographs may be taken inside the theatre during a performance. You may take photos in the lobby you are attending the performance! Please don’t hesitate to tag us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram!

  • Can I rent FLT for my wedding/reunion/party/pageant/recital, etc?

The Florence Little Theatre staff, in consultation with the Board of Directors, reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of a request to use the facility, as some activities and events may be inconsistent with the mission of the Florence Little Theatre or incompatible with other events already scheduled at FLT.
