All seating is reserved. Advance reservations are recommended. Box Office opens the Monday prior to opening night for Underwriters, Benefactors, Patrons and Sponsors; Tuesday for Season Subscribers; Wednesday to the General Public.

The Theatre Box Office is open from 9:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday or open one hour prior to each performance. The Box Office is located at 417 South Dargan Street, Florence, South Carolina 29506.

Tickets can be purchased by phone during our regular Box Office hours 9:30 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday, or open one hour prior to each performance. The Box Office phone number is (843)662-3731. If you do not reach a box office volunteer due to the high volume of calls, we ask that you do not leave a reservation on the answering machine as it will NOT be guaranteed. We ask that you continue to call to make your reservation. Tickets purchased by phone will be held in “Will Call” and may be picked up during regular Box Office Hours or one hour prior to the performance.
