Important! Credit cards will be required to hold any reservations. Ticket orders must be guaranteed by Season Subscription or by Visa/MasterCard. Season Subscription holders will also have to secure reservations with a credit card if any additional tickets are being requested that are not included with their Season Subscription. Ticket purchases can only be refunded if the party cancels their reservation at least 24 hours before the performance. If they are not cancelled within the given time frame, there will be no refund.

Tickets must be picked up no later than 15 minutes before the performance. If you are going to be late, please notify the theatre so that your tickets will be held; otherwise, at 15 minutes prior to the performance all tickets will be released for resale. No credit will be issued for a missed performance. We ask that you have your credit card information available when you are making your reservation so we can process your information as quickly as possible.

Latecomers
Latecomers will be seated at the House Manager’s discretion and may be asked to sit at the rear of the theatre until intermission. If unexpected circumstances arise and make the use of a reservation impossible, a telephone call to the theatre will allow another person to use the seats previously reserved.

Leaving During the Performance
If a member of the audience must leave during a performance it is requested that the rear doors of either side of the auditorium be used in order to minimize disturbances to other theatergoers during the performance.

Lost Tickets
The Box Office can reprint your tickets if they have been lost.

Electronic Recording Devices Policy
Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited and may be removed by the Theatre at its discretion. Beepers and cellular phones must be turned off or on silent while in the theatre as not to disturb others.

Group Sales
